I ordered a few HO parts from Walthers and, they got it right. Everything matched what I had in the cart, with no missing pieces or wrong road numbers, which was what I was nervous about. The box arrived in good shape, and the packing slip made it easy to double-check everything. I was ready to be annoyed, but I’ve got to admit, it went smoothly.

I emailed walthers with a question about my order, and they did get back to me, but it took a couple of days. Hmm. The answer was useful enough, just a bit short. Overall, not a bad experience, but I definitely wish the communication had been quicker. Okay.

In my experience, the product descriptions were clear and easy to trust. The train cars arrived looking just like I expected from the listings, and I didn’t run into any issues at all.
